Nathan Huffstutler spent five years working at Bob Jones University Press from 2000-2005 before coming to Maranatha. He held the titles of Editor and Editorial Coordinator during that time. In addition to teaching literature and writing classes at Maranatha, he has also taught workshops on literacy and education and has written essays, book reviews, and poetry for several journals and websites.

Affectionately known as “Mr. Huff” by all of his students, Nathan Huffstutler was married to his wife, April, in 2000. They have three daughters and attend Fellowship Baptist Church in Watertown as a family, where Mr. Huffstutler teaches the College Class and participates in the area of music ministry. He claims that the Farmers Market in Madison, WI is one of his favorite places on earth and adds that he loves Wisconsin more than any other state. How fitting, then, that his favorite foods include anything covered in melted cheese.
