Crusader Runners Improve at Private College Championships

LA CROSSE, Wis. – Junior runner William O’Malley ran a 27:36.5 and finished fourth overall at the Wisconsin Private College Championships at Viterbo University. His season record currently stands as a 27:36.36 time as he looks to shave off more as the season progresses.

Freshman runner Michael Kluver (Sauk Centre, Minn.) crossed the finish line as the second Crusader at a time of 31:05.2 minutes

On the women’s side, junior runner Lauren Stephens (Chicago, Ill.) set her own season and personal record at 25:29.6 minutes.

Junior runner Jessica Garrison (Watertown, Wis.) also set a season record with a time of 30:51.4 minutes.

The Crusaders march forward to their next race on Saturday, October 29 at 12:00 p.m. for the NAC Tournament in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
