Crusaders fall flat

MEQUON, Wis. – Two days after setting the school record for goals, Rogers and the Crusaders fell flat against a tough Concordia-Wisconsin team losing 3-0.

Maranatha managed just one shot on goal while allowing the Falcons to put up 25 shots and 13 shots on goal. The Crusaders now own a 3-2 record and look to rebound with an away game against Alverno at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Sophomore goalkeeper Ginny Martin did managed to save 10 of the 13 shots on goal, but the loss dropped her to a 3-2 record.
