WATERTOWN, WI – Maranatha Baptist Bible College freshman guard Brady Moses (Lodi, WI) has been named the Association of Division III Independents Men’s Basketball Player of the Week, for the second time this season. Moses ignited the Crusaders to a 95-89 overtime victory against Great Lakes Christian College in the NCCAA Tip-off opener.
In the contest against the Crusaders, Moses poured in a game-high 25 points on 7-of-11 (63.6 percent) shooting, and was red-hot from three-point range, going 5-5 on the night. A day before their overtime win, Moses lit up the scoreboard with 30 points on 12-of-26 (46.2 percent) and knocked down another five three’s while dishing out four assists.
The AD3I Player of the Week for the week finished the week averaging 20 points, and three assists, shooting an efficient 47.6 percent (20-of-42) from the field and 58.8 percent (10-of-17) from downtown.
