Jennifer Olt is currently an Assistant Professor in the Applied Science Department and School of Education at Maranatha. Prior to joining MBU, she served as the Science Department Chair at McNeil High School in Austin, Texas, and previously as an Adjunct Professor for Pensacola State College and a Biology teacher at Escambia High School in Pensacola, Florida. During her time with Pensacola State College and Escambia High School, she worked concurrently for two years as a Lead Instructor for a national professional development initiative to improve the quality of middle school science teaching.

She currently teaches several courses for Maranatha Online, as well as assorted residential classes in zoology, environmental science, and science education.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, as well as jogging and scrapbooking.
