Registration & Payment Info

Registration:

  • Registration for 2016 begins February 1, 2016 and closes June 13, 2016.
  • All campers must register online.
  • A $35 non-refundable registration fee is due when registering. Registrations will not be processed until the $35 fee is received. The registration fee is applied towards camper tuition.

2016 Camper Rates:

  • Camp Tuition: $200
  • Camp Tuition April 10 or later: $275 (Registration Closes June 13)
  • Beginning Band Day Camp: $75 (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM and includes lunch)

Payment Policies:

  • Online payments only please.

  • Camp payments are due in full on July 1 for the purpose of an expedient camper check-in experience.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be received in written form via email to Katie Potter. The registration fee is non-refundable, and refunds will not be given after July 1.
