STRATEGY COUNCIL

The Strategy Council is comprised of the president, vice presidents, directors of Information Technology and Institutional Research & Effectiveness, and selected members at large. The Strategy Council manages strategic projects flowing out of the Strategic Plan; reviews and updates the Systems Portfolio and Strategic Plan; monitors all accreditation efforts; and oversees integrating the quality program into the institution.

LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

The Leadership Council is comprised of all academic department leaders (deans, directors, chairs, etc.), selected staff department leaders, and the president and vice presidents. The council enables leadership training and interdepartmental communication and facilitates collaboration. Opportunity is given for each member to succinctly share timely information from their departments. The Leadership Council meets twice a month to share information and provide venues for collaboration.
