Mr. Scott Riley joined the MBU staff in 2011 as Network Administrator and now serves as the IT Director. Before coming to Maranatha, he was a computer technician, programmer, and technology director for various businesses and colleges. He has experience teaching residential and online courses including computer applications, web design, databases, and other IT-related topics. In addition to his responsibilities in the IT Department, he teaches part-time in the Computer Network Technology program.

Family: Scott and his wife, Rose, have been married since 1996. Rose is an Administrative Assistant at Maranatha Baptist Academy. They have four children – two daughters (one Maranatha graduate and one University student) and two sons.

Community Involvement: Scott helps with the technology needs at the local Christian school.
Church Ministry: Scott is involved in the audio/visual ministry in his church.
Other activities and interests: Scott enjoys basketball and watching any sport in which his children are involved. He likes spending time with family and helping people work with technology.
