Online Testing Tips

  1. Connection: Connect to a strong and stable internet connection. If the connection on your computer periodically disconnects, do not attempt the test. Plug your laptop into an internet cable or use a different computer.
  2. Authenticate: When using a business organization’s wireless internet (i.e. MBU, coffee shop, library, etc.), you will need to login to the internet provider before beginning your online test. Check your connection periodically and re-authenticate if necessary.
  3. Compatible Browser: Use a compatible browser.
  4. Report: Report all testing issues to support@mbu.edu. Include the following information: date and time, browser, issue, screen shots if possible.
  5. Save: Save your progress frequently.
  6. Be Patient: Wait for the page to load and do not double-click.
  7. Submit: Submit your test when it is complete.
