Academic Success Center – Tutors
The Academic Success Center is looking for tutors. Applicants need to be teachable, patient, and at least a sophomore with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Tutors are needed in various areas including Math, Science, Greek, Writing, Music, and General Education Courses. Hours are flexible.
Athletics – Event Staff
The Athletics department is seeking to hire event staff workers for the 2026-27 school year. This position includes helping with on campus athletic events throughout the school year.
Custodial- Chair Crew
Custodial is hiring workers for chair crew’s chapel set-up and tear-down. Must have 2nd or 3rd hour free.
Custodial – Night Crew
Custodial is looking to hire nightshift custodians for Fall 2026. This crew cleans the main buildings after hours; two hours daily from 10:00 p.m. until midnight, Monday through Friday.
Custodial – Weekend Cleaning Crew
Custodial is seeking workers for the Weekend Cleaning Crew to clean main buildings for Fall 2026. Must be available Saturday or Sunday nights, 10:00 p.m. until midnight.
Facilities – Data Entry Assistant
Facilities is looking to hire a data entry assistant. This assistant will provide administrative support to the Facilities Department. This person assists with clerical duties and is able to serve as first contact for calls and visits when necessary.
Facilities – Preventative Maintenance Men’s Dorms
The Facilities Department is looking for a preventative maintenance worker for the men’s dorms for the 2026-27 school year. Questions can be directed to Mr. David McMillen (David.McMillen@mbu.edu).
Guest Relations
Guest Services has an opening for a female student worker to work the following shifts 11:30 am -1:30 pm Monday and Friday and12:30 pm -1:30 pm Wednesday. This position involves answering phones and questions at the Welcome Center as well as giving campus tours to prospective students. IT Helpdesk
The IT Department is hiring student workers to work at the IT Helpdesk. Gain hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, providing classroom assistance, and developing customer support skills in an active environment. Technical experience is encouraged but not required.
Student Health Center
The Student Health Center has an opening for a student worker to bring lunches to students on the sick list. This position entails contacting the students to obtain their lunch order, picking up the requested items from the DC, and delivering the food to the dorms. About an hour of availability is needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:30 am & 1:30 pm.

Security
Security is looking to add more guards for the evenings. If you are looking to gain experience in the area of security, Maranatha Security can give you experience. The job includes working mostly evenings/nights with some Saturdays and Sundays as well. One semester on campus is required, unless you have current CPR certification, martial arts experience or junior law enforcement training.
