Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare – Summer/Seasonal
Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare is in need of part-time summer employees through the end of August. Starting pay is $10.75 per hour. Must be 18 years of age. Please contact Mrs. Melissa Chapman for more information.
Student Health Center – Meal Delivery
The Student Health Center has an opening for two student workers to deliver lunches to students on the sick list on Mondays through Fridays. This position entails contacting the students to obtain their lunch order, picking up the requested items from the DC, and delivering the food to the dorms. It will take about an hour to complete each day.

Costume Cottage – Seamstress
The Costume Cottage has openings for two seamstresses this fall semester. We create and alter costumes for the University and Academy plays, plus alter all drama recital costumes, orchestra and choir outfits as needed.
The successful applicant must be willing to work 10 to 20 hours a week during the daytime (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday thru Friday. They should be able to thread a sewing machine, sew straight, curved seams, gather fabric, set in sleeves (plus) and sew a dart. The successful applicant has sewn a simple garment with or without help and is willing to learn. A plus would be inserting a zipper of any type, sewing a moderate level pattern and being able to adjust readymade clothes.
Costume Cottage – Rental Coordinator
The Costume Cottage has an opening for a rental coordinator fall semester. Our rental coordinators help pull for all plays and recitals, take care of the costumes, and put new outfits into our stock. They work with the public to help meet their needs in rentals. The successful applicant must be willing to work 10 to 20 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with at least a 2-hour work period. They must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, be highly organized and able to work by themselves or as a team member. Other qualifications include, but are not limited to: some knowledge of costume history, the ability to work with the public, neatness, and working well under pressure. Good communication skills, a desire to learn and improve, and some sewing skills are a plus.
Academic Success Center – Tutors
The Academic Success Center is hiring tutors for the FA23 semester. ASC Tutors must be a sophomore or above, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, have good interpersonal communication skills, and be able to explain concepts to others effectively. Tutoring hours are flexible and can be scheduled around classes or other employment. Starting pay is $10.30 per hour. Please direct questions to academicsucess@mbu.edu.
IT: Level 1 Technician
The Information Technology Department has openings for Level 1 Technicians. The successful applicant will be expected to assist customers with computer issues; resolve printer problems; remove viruses and other malware from computers; provide basic help in the use of mobile devices, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple’s macOS; assist faculty members with basic classroom technology questions; and maintain accurate customer service records. The ideal candidate will be friendly, teachable, flexible, and customer-focused with a strong technology aptitude/ability. Food Service is hiring hard-working, enthusiastic students to join their team. There are openings for all shifts and we will work with your class schedule. Weekday shifts start at $10.30 per hour; weekends $11.35 per hour.
