Transcript Request

 

Both identification and payment are required in order to process your request. Once the request and payment are received, transcripts are processed within two business days.

Please Note: During various times of the semester, transcripts will take longer to process due to higher volumes of traffic. These times include the week before and first week of each semester and Graduation Week (the first week of May).

Follow these steps to order a transcript. Select either option for each of the steps.

The online form is available for Maranatha students only. Pillsbury students, please complete this separate PDF form.

Advance to College (ATC) students: To ensure all your completed courses are on your transcript, please note in the “Additional Instructions” section of the Transcript Request Form that you are an ATC student and the most recent semester (i.e. Spring 2021) you completed a high school ATC course through MBU. If you completed more than one course in your most recent semester, please also list the courses.

 

STEP ONE:

Please Note: E-mailed transcripts from MBU are unofficial. If you are requesting a transcript to be sent to an institution that has stated an  e-mailed transcript can be accepted as official, please inform the receiving institution that e-mailed MBU transcripts are unofficial. Official transcripts from MBU are only sent by mail not electronically.

Option 1: Download Transcript Request Form. Please print, fill out, and physically sign the form. Then fax, email, or mail the form to the Registrar’s Office. (See form for address and additional instructions.)

Option 2: Complete the online form below. (This form is available for Maranatha students, but not for Pillsbury students.)

STEP TWO:

Payment Options ($10 fee per transcript request)

I understand there is a $10.00 fee per transcript. My transcript will be issued after payment is received and all financial obligations to the University have been satisfied. Choose one payment option:
