Jodi Faithfull to Lead Exercise Science Program

Athletic Performance Coach Jodi Faithfull is set to join MBU’s Science faculty this Fall ‘24. He will fill a pivotal role in overseeing Exercise Science practicums and internships, emphasizing the university’s commitment to providing students with practical, real-world experiences needed for success in the job market and the pursuit of advanced degrees. Beyond his responsibilities in strength and conditioning instruction, Coach Faithfull will also teach various exercise science courses like Bioethics and Biomechanics.

As the face of the Kinesiology program, his expertise will be invaluable in courses and content specific to Kinesiology and Exercise Science. With the reorganization of the program, Jodi is also coming at a perfect time to continue to develop and grow one of MBU’s more popular academic programs.

Coach Faithfull holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education and master’s in kinesiology, and certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. Jodi has a wealth of experience training athletes from youth to pro, as well as many years of teaching experience in Christian Education. His testimony and track record in and outside of the training environment underscore his commitment to excellence in both theory and application.

With his passion for turning athletic potential into performance, and for influencing students and athletes for the cause of Christ, the entire university family looks forward to the positive impact Jodi Faithfull will undoubtedly make on both students and the institution as a whole.
