Aria Saunders to join Applied Science Department

Aria Saunders is poised to join MBU’s faculty for Fall 2024, where she will fill a vital role in the Applied Science Department, specifically focusing on Physical Science-related coursework. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Colorado, where she graduated at the top of her class, Saunders brings a wealth of academic knowledge and practical experience to her new role.

Previously serving as a Teaching Assistant and Research Coordinator at the University of Colorado, specializing in Biomechanics, she has also contributed to the field through her published work on hypoglycemia treatments. Her expertise extends to areas such as Biomechanics and Physiology, which will undoubtedly enrich MBU’s Exercise Science program.

She additionally has a testimony of excellence and commitment to ministry as a longtime member of Arvada Baptist Church in Arvada, Colorado, where she has served in the music ministry and with the youth group. Aria graduated from High School at Beth Eden Baptist School in Wheatland, Colorado. MBU is blessed to welcome Aria Saunders to its faculty team.
