Janet Tschida
Associate Professor
College of Arts and Sciences,
Department of Music
Janet Tschida teaches pedagogy and keyboard courses. She also supervises pedagogy internships in addition to serving as director of the community music program. As a teacher, she strives to actively involve students in every class, combining course content with hands-on learning opportunities.
“Teaching is in my DNA…it’s what I love doing, and I’m grateful to have a career I enjoy so much,” Ms. Tschida says. “Working with the caliber of students and colleagues Maranatha attracts is a wonderful privilege. In addition to caring about our students’ academic and musical formation at Maranatha, we can openly care deeply about our students’ spiritual formation.”
