Kim Gillinov

Mrs. Kim Gillinov and her family moved from Florida in 2023 to join the Maranatha faculty and staff. Kim comes to Maranatha with professional experience in the field of Nursing. For six years, she worked in a variety of hospital positions including ICU, Post-Operative Recovery, and as the Charge RN Circulator in a Trauma Center. Her recent responsibilities included training, instruction and mentorship of new staff and graduate nurses. She also served on the Nursing faculty of a Christian college for three years in the field of critical care.
Kim states, “Once we felt the spirit at Maranatha, we knew we wanted to serve the Lord there together! I am most excited about being able to invest in training the next generation of Christian nurses. Critical Care and Surgical nursing have been a way for me to serve the Lord and advocate for patients who have no way to advocate for themselves. I am passionate about mentoring and developing nurses to use their skills to serve their patients and show them the love of Jesus through the ministry of nursing.”

Family: Kim and Corey have been married since 2013 and have two young boys. Their labradoodle, Murphy, is like a third child and just as busy too!

Church Ministry: Kim is involved in music ministry in her church. She and Corey love hosting small groups and women’s Bible studies in their home.
Other activities and interests: Kim enjoys working together with her husband, all things décor/DIY/home renovation. She also loves gardening and spending time outdoors.
