Stephen Robertson

Associate Professor
College of Arts and Sciences,
Department of Humanities

Stephen Robertson joined the Humanities Department in 2021, bringing a wealth of experience to his new position as Communications Faculty. Over the years, he has taught English, speech and drama on the jr. high/sr. high level along with directing many school plays. He has also directed community theatre as well as writing, directing, and staging full-length plays, dinner theaters, and multi-media presentations within the church and on numerous missions trips around the world. This practical experience and his focus on ministry make him a great fit at MBU.

“I feel that it is a great privilege for me to work with Christian young people who are preparing to spend their life in service to the Lord—whether as pastors, missionaries, nurses, teachers, scientists, lawyers, musicians, or an array of other occupations,” Robertson stated. “I pray that I can positively impact their life and fine-tune their communication skills so that they represent our Lord with excellent speech filled with sound words of grace and truth.”
