Though able to give students answers, he suddenly realized as a believer, he could give truth. Experienced as a public-school teacher, administrator, professor and Director of Student Teaching, he possesses a panoramic view of education encompassing the past five decades. He compares academic conditions of the 1970s with today, surveys the rise of the Christian school movement, evaluates pros and cons of school vouchers, and closes with a personal glimpse of balancing ministry with homelife.
