Author of “How to Grow a Backbone,” founder of Backbone Institute, and “chiropractor of character,” Susan Marshall, addresses essential principles of positive leadership in this episode. As an evangelist for 17 years, he sought to encourage pastors. As a friend, it sometimes means being a gracious confronter. In camping ministry, the focus shifts to youth and sponsors, and then at MBU it evolved into one-on-one student discipleship.
