Marissa Bruffey: Senior Piano Recital Excerpts
Marissa Bruffey recently gave her senior piano recital at Maranatha Baptist University. Bruffey performed a variety of works from standard repertoire including Bach, Mozart, and Debussy, as well as arrangements of some of her favorite hymns. Her recital was prepared under the direction of Dr. David Ledgerwood in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a bachelor’s degree in music education.
Bruffey is thrilled to be moving forward with her passion for music and music education. After she graduates from Maranatha in May, and she hopes to secure an elementary music teaching position in her home state of Minnesota.
