Mary Ann Lumm is currently a part-time associate professor of digital media at Maranatha and part-time assistant in Maranatha’s Communications Department. She teaches Visual Communications for Maranatha Online, as well as digital media courses on Main Campus and for MVA. She and her husband, Werner, came to Maranatha in 2009 following the closing of Pillsbury Baptist Bible College. Her prior experience includes pre-college and college teaching, church printshop operations, design and layout, illustration, proofreading, project coordination, and illustration/photo-acquisition department coordination. She was lead designer or project coordinator for a number of textbook series published by a leading Christian publisher and has served as art director for Christian school periodicals. In her spare time, she enjoys computer graphics and watercolor painting.
