Maranatha Baptist University has a rich tradition of supporting the Armed Forces and promoting military education. Our campus hosts U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force ROTC, as well as a chaplaincy training program, and many of our students are in the National Guard or in Reserve components.

Online programs provide the opportunity to expand our relationship with soldiers, sailors, marines, Coast Guardsmen, and airmen around the world.

Financial Information

Effective in Fall 2017, students using military tuition assistance (TA) will receive a tuition discount so the charged tuition rate matches the maximum allowable rate for TA (currently $250/credit). That means TA users could study attend online with MBU at the undergraduate, graduate, and Seminary levels with no out-of-pocket tuition (some small fees still apply)!

MBU is an approved school to use your TA, Montgomery GI Bill, and other forms of federal aid (fafsa.ed.gov). Please see our Tuition & Refunds page for information about current tuition rates and contact your financial aid representative (Mr. Bruce Roth, financialaid@mbu.edu) for information about how much Tuition Assistance will cover.
