Join us for a spectacular day filled with competition, fun, and food—all for a good cause. The goal of this tournament is to support young men called to full-time vocational ministry through the 2 Timothy 2 Scholarship.
Fee covers 18 holes of golf, cart, practice range, breakfast, and lunch. This is a four-person scramble event.
Register before July 7, 2025.
About Burningtree | Alabama
Established in 1964, Burningtree Country Club in Decatur, Alabama is a private, 18-hole golf course designed by architect George Cobb. Spanning over 7,000 yards, the par-72 course offers a traditional layout with Champion Bermuda greens and 419 Bermuda fairways, providing optimal playing conditions for golfers of all skill levels.
The course features five sets of tees, ranging from 4,690 to 7,081 yards and accommodating various handicaps. Tree-lined fairways and strategic doglegs make holes 9 and 15 through 17 particularly challenging.
Burningtree amenities include a 300-yard driving range, putting and chipping greens, a fully-stocked pro shop, and professional instruction services. The club also boasts an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 1,200-square-foot fitness center with modern equipment, and four lighted tennis courts.
The club has hosted tournaments such as the annual Spirit of America Golf Classic since 1967, the Men’s Alabama State Amateur Golf Tournament in 1994, and the Women’s Alabama State Senior Tournament in 2002.

- 8:00 AM: Shotgun Start. This is a four-person scramble event. All proceeds go to Maranatha Baptist University.
