Ben Sinclair

Ben and Becca Sinclair were appointed with Baptist World Mission in 2001 to serve the Lord in Cameroon, Africa. Over the following two decades, God used the Sinclairs to plant several churches, establish the Faith Baptist Bible College of Bamenda, and participate in training several nationals who have been instrumental in establishing dozens of churches in West Africa. In April of 2023, Brother Sinclair became the Executive Director of Baptist World Mission.
Dr. Sinclair enjoys preaching, writing, and reading. Since 2012, he has averaged reading more than a book per week. He loves challenging local churches with their responsibility to obey the Great Commission and educating believers on ways they can better partner with their missionaries. Dr. Sinclair has produced several Gospel tracts, writes regularly for The Messenger of Baptist World Mission, and has published four books, including Missionary Partnership.

Ben is on the road year-round preaching and teaching in local churches across America. He and Becca take three international trips each year to visit and encourage their BWM missionaries serving in 49 countries globally. Most recently, he taught Homiletics at the Timothy Bible Institute in Yaoundé, Cameroon and Intro to Missions at the Independent Baptist College of Ministry in Nairobi, Kenya.
