In this project, students examine organizations using organizational diagnosis and development tools in an effort to help organizational leaders transform their organizations into high performing entities that allow organizational employees and other related stakeholders to grow and develop to their full potential. Students examine decision making and planning within the context of organizational culture, communication, leader-follower interaction, and students will develop a model of change using constructs from existing as well as new research to explain the behaviors and events in an organizational setting.
