Pastor David Farrington went to be with the Lord on November 7, 1992. He served as pastor of eight churches and as pastor/administrator for two nursing homes. The purpose of the Farrington Family Scholarship is to provide an annual scholarship to a returning Maranatha student entering his or her junior or senior year who is intending to serve in youth ministry or elementary education. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is also required.
