The Doc and Marilyn Hilsen Weniger Memorial Scholarship is awarded in memory of Marilyn Hilsen Weniger. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1968 and was called home to be with the Lord on June 20, 1992. This scholarship is presented to students who, like Marilyn Weniger, have faithfully and consistently trusted the Lord to meet their needs while going through trials, sickness, adversity, or hardship. The recipient must evidence an exemplary Christian testimony in working, serving, and ministering while continuing his or her education.
