Maranatha to Host Women’s Retreat in August
We are pleased to announce MBU’s first women’s leadership retreat, Flourish, which is being held August 14-16, 2023. Flourish is designed to encourage ministry wives and those leading women’s ministries in local churches, to continue personally flourishing in their walk with the Lord! Miriam Marriott and Rebecca Brock, who are spearheading the event, are eager to meet and minister to so many who are serving faithfully in these vital roles.
Mrs. Marriott says, “Every ministry lady knows the rigor of faithful service. Our adversary wants us to labor on without the benefit of iron-sharpening tools and strengthening friendships. This ministry-focused retreat will provide both, with quiet moments to retool and refuel in the Word as we receive wisdom from seasoned servants of the Lord.”
Join like-minded women for this two-day event featuring Claudia Barba and Rebecca Brock as this year’s speakers. Registration is open now with a registration fee of $15. Early bird registration cost for the entire retreat is $75 until April 30; space is limited.
